Fall is here, and so are the spiders, roaches, and other bugs, and many seek shelter when the weather turns cooler. Unfortunately most of this time it's in our homes. I don't know about you, but I don't like spiders.
Not many of us like spiders, and as moms and grandmamas, we don't want our loved ones to get bitten.
A small green little apple that grows in a fence row. Here around Nashville, Tennesse, we call these hedge apples. They are free and very useful. Hear all about my story and how I learned of this old-timey trick by chance. One day an older gentleman stopped by my house and ask if he could pick up some of these hedge apples. I had always thought these had no use. He told me a story of how they put these in their kitchen cabinets and all thought the house to keep bugs, spiders, roaches at bay. I tried it and found it to be very effective and have been using this little apple for years.
I have been using this little apple for about 15 years.
